God's Glory Returns to the Temple

  A study of Ezekiel 43- 45   The book of Ezekiel, from chapters 43 to 45, vividly describes how restoration happens when God's glory enters the Temple. Reading through these verses reminds me of the transformation that occurs at salvation, how the feeling of chaos gets replaced by the overwhelming sense of God's presence that brings peace and calm that settles you. You feel covered by a sense of safety and comfort reflective of his glory as you enter and stay in his presence. The more you prioritize the time spent with God, the more his character rubs off on you, and you get clarity on his plan and promises for your life.   But what happens when we move away from God? We lose connection to his presence and glory and fall out of his purpose, plan and promises. Joyful Morning Starter

A great way to start your day is to spend time with God. You find Joy and strength to face your day when you spend some time daily in the presence of God. I have a set time I get up every morning and a place in my home where I sit every morning to pray and be with God. I usually have a few things to help me get the best from my Me Time With God. I have my bible, a notepad, a pen, a sticky note and a cup of tea. Your time with God sets the tone for your day. So don't rush off into the morning without praying. A guide, the proviso, and a guaranteed outcome

Let’s play a game, shall we? It is a simple “what if” question and answer game. Let’s assume your best friend advised you to play the National Lottery. What are the chances of you winning big? If you knew your chances were one in a million, would you still play the lottery? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, the odds are against you winning. What if your best friend said she was in possession of the winning numbers? Would you play the lottery? Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps your decision would depend on how much you trusted your friend. What if you saw the winning numbers? Would you play the lottery? Definitely! The stakes would be in your favor. Presumably, you would play the lottery because, having seen the winning numbers, it would be impossible for you to lose. You would have the winning ticket!
